my stay was just underwhelming, to say the least. the shower was tiny, and the curtain would cling to me—so uncomfortable! surprisingly, I didn’t even get an upgrade for my troubles, which is just poor customer service, honestly. I almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Villa Mary Elen. The location was ideal, giving me stunning views of both sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The owners were exceptionally helpful, assisting me with transportation and providing local recommendations. The daily cleaning was a lovely surprise that kept the space fresh.

Spent 7 nights in the Superior Double or Twin Room with Sea View. The breathtaking view from my balcony was truly unforgettable, especially at sunset. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with excellent daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. It was also a short 10-minute walk to the main area of Pollonia, making dining convenient. However, I did miss having breakfast options available on-site. The only time I interacted with the staff was during check-in, which left me feeling a bit unattended throughout my stay. The lack of on-site amenities like breakfast and limited staff presence were noticeable downsides. Overall, a great spot for peace and stunning views, just a bit more attention to guest convenience would enhance the experience.

While our overall experience was outstanding, the shower setup was a bit inconvenient, requiring us to hold the shower head, which made it challenging to wash our hair comfortably.

The sunsets from our spacious balcony were truly breathtaking, and I loved that the property was so immaculate and comfy! Enjoying the beach access and lounging on the sun terrace made our stay even sweeter. The only downside was that the shower could use a bit more space, but it didn’t ruin our vibe at all. 🌅

villa mary elen has a fantastic location with breathtaking views and easy access to beautiful beaches. we loved being just a short walk from some great restaurants by the small harbor. the friendly staff made our stay even better, always ready to help. having a good-sized fridge and air conditioning in our apartment with a sea view was a huge plus.
